Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I didn't have the exact cel pin that Maggie uses, so I played around with a dog bone tool, ball tool and the end of a much larger celpin. I didn't pre-colour the fondant - I just added a touch more of pink and brown every 2 rows of ruffles.

What are you most proud of? The roses!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Set aside a lot of time for the ruffles.
