What are you most proud of? Delicious croissants I hand crafted! Took some plain and ham and cheese to work and shared, with many rave reviews! Even our Culinary Arts teacher was impressed and asked if I wanted to teach this lesson to her class....I declined but told her about Craftsy.com!
