You are obviously not a novice cake artist. This work is so clean and beautiful. I would love to know how you did the green flower petals. Are they fondant? I know they are not flooded because there would be no way to prevent it from dripping. Wonderful cake!

thank you Bonnie! The flowers are fondant. If you use Josh's royal icing recipe it will not drip, quite simple actually, but very time consuming. Just glue the petals on the cake and outline, for this I used a #1 tip. Thanks again!!
