What are you most proud of? They were the best and most delicious Pains au chocolat that I've ever tasted. Especially when they were still warm :-)

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Just follow the instructions from the course and you'll end up with marvellous croissants!

Wow! They look so delicious!!! And I was always thinking that the French were the only ones who could make Croissants and pains au chocolat! What a prejudice!!! I really would like to taste them....

We used chocolate batons for those. The garnishment is also made from those.
