The flash exposure is spot-on, and the balance with your background is good. The one thing I would take care of with future images ... in your composition, half the image is taken up with the gravelly road. Instead, shoot with a longer focal length, and shoot from slightly lower, to eliminate most of the road. other than that, nice work. Solid.

Very strange background and the models hands are out of control .

Dont like the green spiral thingy going into her breasts. Also could add a reflectot to fill in some of the shadows on the left side. need a better pose. i agree with Neils comment. let's see more of her not the road. get tighter on the face/upper body and blur the back with wider f stop or longer lens.

I agree about the green spiral thing. Regarding a reflector or second softbox to fill, the effect I was after was using one softbox and creating shadow.
