What are you most proud of? The cut of this garment really was successful. I was extremely happy with the result - I knew that I would make it beautiful, but when I actually looked at it hanging on my dress form.....it was quite a feeling.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Details ,details, details. They ALL count in the result. I really spent alot of time working out how - or even IF I would adorn the sleeves. I sewed pearls on the the sleeves 3 times before I figured out what was the design that SANG. Sometimes we discover these things in execution that we did not expect in the design stage. Be flexible - stick to the feeling of your design, and be willing to adjust to maintain how you want the person to feel about it when it is done.

Actually, I use two, not one 23mm pearl on the girdle...... :)
