What are you most proud of? Several firsts here: new Hydrangea cutter/former (LOVE), domed top (challenging), new plastic scroll formers, I am very pleased with the swirl of flowers and leaves around and down the cake. I also love the Ivy leaves!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be sure you have practiced the various parts - fondant work, flowers, etc. - before trying to combine them all. It was a bit daunting even though it was only 5" across!

That is just gorges! Did you pipe your hydrangea centers?

Thank you! Yes, I used a PME 1.5 tip to pipe Royal Icing centers. Since the blossoms aren't on wires, and I was attaching them to the cake with RI, it seemed the most efficient choice. :)
