What materials did you use? Dyed BFL and my favourite top whorl spindle.

What are you most proud of? It may not look like it - but it is very consistent! I am hoping to have enough to make something out of it. I am not sure how much I will get but I think it's approximately light fingering weight and I am just spinning it into a single. I wanted to split it into two but I could not make it all that even so I just decided on a single. I might use a white thin cotton if I do ply it... I might not ply though.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Practice practice practice - just like everything else! I park and draft when I get a thick spot, I untwist a bit and draft the spot a bit more. Just be careful though if you pull to hard it can draft a part! Happy spinning!

Love your colors!

Thank you! They show up slightly lighter in the picture than it is in person. I am actually surprised how this drafted out. I like the resulting yarn much more than I thought it was! The small wound cake is a merino single that I spun off the spindle before I started this batch. I am improving pretty quick! This yarn only took me about an hour to an hour and a half!
