Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Grandmother always said..."Don't play with your Food", who'd ever thunk it that one day other's would pay me to play with theirs LOL! And yes...cake, is a food group for me, well, actually... chocolate is but... This cake was inspired by Ms Colette's cake. She made the most realistic looking Ham cake I've ever seen and I searched Google a lot looking for something to model after. So I hope I did it justice because her cake was THE BOMB!

What are you most proud of? That is looks like a real Ham (not too proud of the lettuce, didn't take the time to allow it to dry and set properly.

This is so real looking...you nailed it! Are the slices cake also...can't figure out how you did it.
