My first single is 47g of yarn of varying thickness. I've already rolled it into a ball to free my spindle for the second single , and I noticed that the yarn got a little thinner and more consistent in thickness towards the end of my first spinning efforts.

My plan was to spin up two singles and then ply them together, but then my second single turned out so much better than the first one that I decided to chain ply them individually.
