What materials did you use? This is some additional information for students who wish to make a full bust adjustment to patterns that have an under bust dart such as: Petite Plus Patterns Shapely Shirt #104 and McCall Patterns Dress #M6557

FBA is an abbreviation of Full Bust Adjustment. Similarly, SBA means Small Bust Adjustment.

thank you so much Kathleen I will try this. I am making a wrap dress in a knit, from the Craftsy class and I have watched your class 3 times now and stumbled on this post from the questions asked, I would like to further ask after I do this under bust dart adjustment do I do the lengthen after or before the FBA

i am a 38-I , will I be able to find help for a full bust adjustment in this class?

Yes, you sure will! I demonstrate full and small bust adjustments on garments that have standard and princess seams. Also, I show you how to add fullness to a top that has no dart so you can have a nice fit in your t-shirts as well.

Do you measure front and back separately? I think must have narrow back as wear 30gg bra but when measure upper and full bust there is less than 2 inch difference. All FBA instructions have seen so far measure all round back and front.

Aha, so you add a bust dart and increase the length at the centre front (tapering back to the original length at the side seams? Thus adding no extra width at the waist? I think I understand (please tell me if I'm wrong, Kathleen).
