What materials did you use? 23" x 17" plastic tote w/snap on lid, various coordinating cotton prints, Warm & Natural batting, lace

What are you most proud of? The overall design. It is just the cutest way to organize a little girl's dolls and doll clothes in one place, but adds a place to put 'dolly' at night or during nap time.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? This is a very simple project, but does require fairly accurate measurements. I 'channel quilted' the little mattress, and machine quilted the little quilt. The little pillow is 'stuffed' with fiberfil, The bottom sheet is 'fitted' at all four corners, and the top sheet is 'fitted' at the bottom two corners with the top edged decorated with coordinating fabric and lace that matches the pillow case.

Thank you. Not a quilter, my stash is all clothing fabrics like silk tweeds and woolens. Going to do this in flannels because of the cuter prints available where I am. Was guessing just about what you indicate for yardage. We'll see how it works!

Ok, so I glued on velcro, which pulled off when the skirt was applied. What glue did you use to glue the velcro on?

Try 'sanding' the area under the velcro so it adheres more readily.

Thanks, Dotty. Since it was for Christmas, my husb drilled holes and we tied ribbons through them, middle and ends of all edges, used fraychek on ribbon ends. I did 24 buttonholes in skirt for the ribbons! Gift was wonderfully received by 5 yr old. Thanks for great idea.
