What materials did you use? Background fabric: 1 yards; Insert fabric: 4 fat quarters; Backing fabric: 11/3 yards; Binding fabric: 1/3 yard; Batting (low-loft cotton): 41" x 44"

What advice would you give someone starting this project? The "slice and insert" method of improvisational piecing allows you to create blocks that look incredibly complex and difficult to piece .... but they're not! Take my Craftsy class to see how to work magic with your rotary cutter.
