I really like how the black & greens look together! Nice!

I, too, love how the black really makes your colors POP! Because of your idea of using black, you have inspired me to use black for the dividing hexigons I will be making for my Grandmother's Flower Garden Quilt! Prior to this, I had planned on using white. I certainly am happy that I saw your blocks before I had reached that point in my construction. It may be another year before I get there! This is a slow quilting process, since it is ALL made completely by hand, with the exception of the final quilting and stitching of the binding!

Well Linnee you have certainly set yourself a challenge with all the hexagons needed for your quilt, it will certainly be worth all the effort. Will you post photos of work in progress?

Thank you, I still have some blocks to finish but got side tracked - just finishing my 5th bucket bag and a mystery lap quilt but will get back to the BOM soon.
