What are you most proud of? I was able to get two different looks with the same pattern.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go for it! Don't be afraid to try a variation once you've mastered the techniques.

Hello Pam, I love the shirt you made! I bought the Burda 8/2007 on an Ebay like internet site in Holland. I have a question: is the stripe material you used elastic?

Hello! To answer some questions: The shirt back has a center back seam, but no yoke. The fabric is a woven without any stretch. Thanks for your questions!

Does the class show specifically how to make this shirt with the ruching and center front bow? Is there a pattern available. It is a lovely design.

Hi, No, this was a pattern from Burda Style Magazine Aug. 2007. I made it in this cotton and also the silk charmeuse. The pattern for this class is a Kwik Sew or any pattern you choose with Classic details. I'm sorry!, just wanted to show a variation of a shirt :-)
