beautiful!!! i was wondering how you got the black fondant to keep it's color on the edges? mine usually changes to a greyish color because it dries out.

Make sure you start off with plenty of fondant so it covers the cake on first attempt..... The longer you have the fondant open to air while kneading, the faster it will dry out.. Also, I use a bit of Crisco to rub on my hands / knead into fondant so it doesn't dry up... Hope this helps
