I think both versions are fabulous! This quilt layout really tests ones ability to create a sense of balance amongst the block sizes & colors. Your colors, in both quilts, made it possible to pull off the layout. Fantastic! I can't believe you made two! Beyond wonderful!

I thought the quilt made by "Judyth"was also yours. Duh! You also used more neutral colors that made things flow from block to block. This was a very tricky layout to create balance but you did it! :-)

Thank you so much, Ladybev, I just picked through what I have and tried to make them go together.

Ok I finally finished all the 1/2 square triangles and sewed them on. Next, I'll go to Joann to select backing and binding fabric. I'll getting there. :)

Beautiful! I wasn't too keen on the 2013 BOM as shown by the tutor - I think the fabrics she used must have put me off it - but you have caused me to change my mind as I think this is absolutely lovely. Well done!

Thank you so much. I like the block design of 2013 BOM, I have my mind set to use up whatever fabric I have in hand and was lucky enough to pull off the entire quilt. Thanks again.
