What are you most proud of? Because she comes to visit in August I have to finish it by then (I live in France, it would cost a fortune to post it) so it's made me search for other things to include as well as the Block of the Month. I am particularly taken with a white dove which I've done in 'stained glass' effect.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Have a go! You won't like every block, but if you're not keen for a quilt, make it into a cushion or something small. I find the colour/pattern choices an really change your view of whether you like something or not.
