Classic Diamond Table Runner
This festive table runner is perfect for a relatively new quilter. Piece together some squares and half-square triangles and you’ll have a perfect hostess gift or holiday table decor. Plus it’s pre-cut friendly!

Postcard From Sweden Quilt
This breathtaking quilt comes in two throw sizes, and can be interpreted in so many ways. The vibrant colors in this version are great for gift-giving, but how about a Christmas version with holiday prints or red and green solids, or a modern winter version in different shades of white and gray?

Off the Rails Quilt
A new spin on the traditional Rail Fence quilt block, this lap-size quilt will sew up very easily. The pops of color give it a modern appeal, and it would make a cozy addition to a sofa in front of a roaring fireplace. It would also make a great gift for anyone on your list!

Christmas Tree Skirt
Looking for a festive way to use up larger scraps or fat quarters? A tree skirt is just a quilt for your Christmas tree, right? Use holiday fabrics or your favorite prints to add a boho touch to holiday decor. The pattern recommends a 15-degree ruler, but don’t worry: it’s optional.

Ruby Roads Mini Quilt
Mini quilts make excellent gifts as wall hangings. This one is a fantastic choice to bust up scraps or mini charm packs, and it can look traditional or modern depending on your fabric choice. Measures 16.5″ square.

Quilted Christmas Tree
You’ll need a few extra supplies (like a foam cone and pins) to make this fabric tree, but you won’t need your sewing machine! This video tutorial will show you how to use holiday fabric squares to create your very own tree decor, all without sewing a stitch.

Laser Tag Quilt
Bias tape appliqué is a fairly easy technique that packs a visual punch, but it doesn’t require as much fabric as traditional piecing. This complex design is actually made of one repeating block! A modern quilt such as this one would make a winning gift for the teen in your life.

Hexie Holiday Ornament
Looking for a holiday English paper piecing project? These fun ornaments stitch up quickly and require very little finishing (and no quilting). They can go from your fabric stash to your tree in just a few hours, and they make sweet stocking stuffers, too.

All Seasons Placemats
Give a simple gift that can be used all year long. These appliqué placemats can be machine washed and offer another scrap-busting opportunity. Make a set of coordinating ones or vary the leaves as you go. The linen background makes a nice touch here, too.

Scandi Windmill Quilt
Looking for a challenging project to ring in the New Year? How about some wheel appeal? For those up to tackling curves, this sweet quilt combines foundation paper piecing with circles for a fun piecing project! (Good news: the blocks are 16″ so it’s not as tough as it looks.)

I just recently joined Craftsy for the first time. I have not been able to link to any of the free patterns, and am disappointed and frustrated. It is not very encouraging for me to keep my membership or renew it.

I’ve had the same problem with every link I tried to access. Frustrated as I’ve paid $30 US for Craftsy.
