I hope you are enjoying my patterns. I have been sewing since I was 4 and let's just say it has been a while. I used to sell all of my finished items, but I had a hard time sticking to just one thing because I love to make so many different projects. So, about 5 years ago, I started designing my own patterns to sell.
My newest line, Wee World Patterns is full of great dolls that help inspire imagination and creative play in your child. These dolls are so simple to make you will want to make a whole village of tiny wobbly dolls.
These adorable dolls are so simple to make that even a beginner can sew them. The plush doll are soft and huggable. I also make doll clothes patterns that fit the animals as well. Check out my pattern store for more designs. These dolls can be weighted at the bottom with beans or plastic beads which makes them fun bowling pins as well as dolls.
The dolls shown are made from felt and fleece which is very easy and forgiving to work with. They can also be made from chenille, cotton, and a variety of other fabrics.
This printable pdf pattern is instantly downloadable to your computer. Each pattern comes with full size pattern pieces to create a 7", 9", and 14" version of the doll. As an added bonus I also give you a pattern and quick tutorial on making puppets with the pattern pieces provided. The patterns come with large, full color photos of each step and easy to read instructions for making the doll.
Each pattern also comes with a very detailed appendix loaded with tips and tricks from basic embroidery for the faces to painting dolls faces, and details for adding fun embellishments like monograms, hair bows, and more. The dolls can be fully machine sewn or you can choose the add embroidery details.
This pattern is the exclusive copyright of Sarah M. Cross. You cannot reprint and distribute this pattern in whole or in part as part of any blog, tutorial, or other media. You may make dolls from this pattern for small scale production and sale in venues like Etsy or craft shows.
