Pattern Description:

For a spring themed bog hop I just had have a pond: I am a pond warden and I work with frogs, and spring for me is the moment when frogs are hopping and toads are crossing the roads.
I came up with a small pond with water lilies, some cattail and a dragonfly. The fun thing about dragonflies is that you can go crazy with the colors and you will always find one that really exists: metallic blue, acid green, blood red. They are all real dragonfly colors, believe it or not ;)

For the leaves go wild and use all the different scraps of green, brown or yellow that you have, they will look better that way. And the same for the waterlilies: I have used a single symbol but you can use all kinds of different hues, the scrappy look suits it

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 10" x 10"

  • Small amounts of fabric in chosen colors
