It all began with a Google Image search that led me to the Legend of Zelda patterns on Sewhooked (now FandomInStitches.com). I thought all of the blocks were so cool - Zelda, Harry Potter, etc - but had only seen my mom do traditional piecing, so I didn't know that paper piecing makes tiny, intricate patterns easy. A few months later, I was making a fabric yo-yo project for Mom and thought about expanding my sewing abilities. I returned to sewhooked, read her tutorials, bought some fabric, and made a Triforce. I immediately began designing my own patterns while working though dozens of the available HP patterns. I love being a part of the online fandom quilting community!View all patterns by designer (30) »
This lovely elephant looks like she's ready to walk right out of your quilt, wall hanging, pillow, or whatever else you can imagine to sew her into!
The pattern is full-color and clearly numbered/lettered.
Basic paper-piecing instructions not included. There are many great print and video tutorials available online! Let me know if you have any questions.
This pattern is for personal and non-profit use only.
For each pattern sold I am donating $1 to Blood:Water Mission, a grassroots organization that works alongside African communities to improve access to clean water and medical care. You can read more about them at http://www.bloodwatermission.com/
