Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Paper piecing

Pattern Description:

I have loved the night sky since I was a child and it has been a constant source of inspiration. A New Star quilt pattern makes a 10 inch x 10 inch star quilt block.

There is a color sheet attached to this pattern for you to test your color palette on.

There are two more patterns in this set -
Starlight Converging
Starlight Diverging

These three patterns are available as a set called Rainbow Star.

It is perfect for stand-alone projects such as a wall hanging, table runner, pillow or a bag. It can be just as easily incorporated into a larger quilt.

The pattern for this paper pieced quilt block is made and tested by me. It is in color and clearly numbered. A diagram is also provided in the pattern. The finished block measures 10 inch x 10 inch.
