Two Little Hooters is one of Those Quilts. I woke up with a complete vision of it in my mind, started working and realized how cute and fun it was.

And really, it was all about cute and fun while choosing fabrics and piecing it together!

Two Little Hooters can be done in a variety of colors for different seasons and reasons. Light fabrics for winter, blacks and oranges for Halloween, and each combination is as fun as the last!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 15 1/2" x 18 1/2"


  • 1/2 yard background fabric
  • 1/4 yard border fabric
  • 1/8 yard branch fabric
  • small amount owl 1 fabric
  • small amount owl 2 fabric
  • scraps eyes and beak fabric

You Will Also Need:

  • rotary cutter
  • ruler
  • rotary mat
  • thread
  • sewing machine
  • Add-A-Quarter Ruler (optional)
  • paper scissors
