Pattern Description:

"Stars Over Cedar Creek" is a Civil War style quilt pattern. It's uses two easy blocks, a friendship star and nine patch. Can easily be put together in a weekend or at a quilt retreat. You can use your stash to make this quilt or purchase 'new' coordinating fabrics. Sample shown was made using Aged Muslin and Townhouse Gardens by Paula Barnes from Marcus Brothers fabrics.

Finished quilt measures 66 " x 78"
Complete project would make a wonderful gift.

***5 pages of directions with directions in US measurements with color picture of finished quilt and supplies clearly stated on the pattern.

  • 2 yards light aged muslin or cream fabric
  • 2 yards medium/dark aged muslin or dark tan print
  • red #1 1/2 yard
  • red #2 1 yard
  • blue #1 1/2 yard
  • blue#2 1/2 yard
  • gray/green meduim fabric 1 yard
  • gray green meduim fabric stripe 3/4 yard
  • border #1 blue fabric 1/2 yard
  • border #2 dark aged muslin 3/4 yard
  • binding 3/4 yard fabric
  • backing: 4 yards
  • batting 70" x 84" piece
