Make a Lucky Charm Quilt with this PDF sewing pattern from A Spoonful of Sugar. The Lucky Charm Quilt is an easy-to-piece quilt for yourself or someone special. This pretty bed topper, baby, or lap quilt is made from three charm packs and is suitable for a confident beginner quilter. It would be a wonderful choice for a donation quilt and for those occasions when you need to make a quilt in just a couple of days.

The Lucky Charm Quilt measures 59 inches square (150 cm)

You will receive an 5 page epattern in PDF format with tutorial-style instructions and full color photographs. PDF format allows you to print and reprint the instructions whenever you need. PDF allows you to zoom in on photos to see each step up close.

This pattern is suitable for intermediate sewers/quilters. The quilt is made with a sewing machine and also includes some hand sewing.

  • 3 Charm Packs of quilting cotton (112 squares, 5 inch)
  • 1 1/2 yards of white quilters homespun
  • 7/8 yard aqua tone on tone print
  • 3 3/4 yards backing fabric
  • Batting 65 inch square

  • sewing machine with a 1/4 inch foot
  • general sewing supplies
