Hi, my name is Julie and I've always crafted as far back as I remember. My Nan and my Mum were always sewing and they patiently passed on their skills. I can remember sitting at home sewing doll's clothes during the school hols at about the age of 7 or so. I loved making clothes for my children when they were young. I'm the person my family come to when they want a handmade gift for a new baby,a new home present for a friend or some clothing altered. I also make a lot of clothes for charities like Dress A Girl Around the World and I like book-binding - making journals. I always have a project of some kind on the go.

A modern, beginner friendly pattern - can be made using just Jelly Rolls and there are very few intersecting seams to match up.
The pattern gives instructions for 4 sizes of quilt. The two smallest sizes of quilt top can be made with just one of each Jelly Roll - you use the Jelly Roll for the binding too!
This is a 15 page document with computer drawn layouts and piecing diagrams along with a photo tutorial of all the stages - cutting, piecing, pressing seams, making the quilt sandwich, basting, quilting and binding.
