I've crafted all my life. I learned to knit and sew at about the age of 4 and haven't looked back. I made my own wedding dress, and I spent many happy years as a designer/tutor for UK papercraft companies and I have written magazine projects for papercraft. knitting and sewing. Now happily retired, I spend most of my time crafting! :)View all patterns by designer (36) »

The face can be embroidered to be as cute or scary as you want. They are quick to make and are ideal for party decorations, either on the table or hanging from strings.
They make a wonderful embellishment for Trick or Treat costumes. Glue a couple to a witches hat or a Trick or Treat bag.Temporarily sew to the back of gloves or to a hairband and you'll be sure to get lots of wonderful comments on your costume!
If you want to make them slightly bigger, use worsted/aran weight yarn instead
