Hi! I make lots of things. My grandmother taught me to knit when I was 4 and created a monster.
Simple lace pattern knit on larger needles than the dk-weight yarn requires for a lacy, open look. Usually just one 50g ball of dk weight yarn is all it takes!Block it firmly to give it a nice shape and show off the eyelets? I blocked mine on a soccer ball. Worked like a charm.I?ll say it again-- this hat?s shape is greatly improved by BLOCKING! Blocking is your friend!
4.25 sts = 1 inch in Stockinette stitch BEFORE blocking
How many stitches do I cast on at the beginning? I couldn't find this in the pattern. Thank you! Very excited to try this!
i dont see the pattern at all where do i look for it
Hi! You can find your pattern in your Pattern Library. Go to My Craftsy and look for My Patterns in the white box at the left of the screen.
I LOVE this hat! can't wait to make it.
Omgosh. how pretty... but I'm a beginner, is there an easier version?
How do I get this pattern in English please,I cannot find translate on my page......would love to make this beautiful hat for my grand daughters....thank you
Would you mind adding measures and needles sizes in centimeters? Tx
Describe a basic lace pattern , please.
I don't know if you ever found out on your own, but just in case someone else is wondering the same thing, it means that there aren't multiple increases & decreases in the pattern. It's just one increase and one decrease, which makes the pattern easier to 'memorize' versus having to stop frequently and refer to the chart/instructions.
