My name is Donna. I've been making "stuff" for as long as I can remember. I've played a little bit with most types of crafts but I keep coming back to sewing, polymer clay and jewelry making most of the time (ok, mostly jewelry).
If you would like to see more of my work you can find it in my etsy shops, http://www.GailaviraJewelry.com , http://www. ShutUpAndCuffMe.com and http://www.GoddessReturn.com .
This lesson teaches you to make a cage for a bead (or small tumbled stone) surrounded by gracefully curling swirls.
The last steps of this tutorial are not completely set in stone. Use your own creativity, following the guidelines laid out in the tutorial, to make your own one of a kind pendant.
The materials list calls for an 8mm bead. You don't really need a bead for this design, as the cage will hold the focal in place. If you have any stones or marbles that aren't drilled, this is a wonderful way to wrap them.
