About the designer

Both my grandmothers taught me how to crochet when I was a child. In the fall of 2010, I got involved with crocheting again and it has quickly become a passion. I love creating patterns!

Pattern Description:

This is a PDF pattern for an adorable sun hat with multiple options. You can wear the brim up or down, with or without a flower attached. The pattern is easy and works up fast. Great for spring and summer!

Techniques include single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, sl st, working in the rnd, and magic ring. A video link is included for the magic ring technique.

All of my patterns are written in U.S. Standard Crochet Terms.

  • "J" (6 mm) crochet hook
