Daughter's Grad Card

Project Description

What are you most proud of? My Daughter - there are no special techniques here ... pretty basic and simple -- most difficult part was cutting the cardstock and keeping it aligned while securing with the ribbon ... and of course tying the ribbon ... 3 sheets 8 1/2 x 11 - 2 black 1 gold -- folded and cut so that it forms a layer effect (noticeable on the front cover) ... card was 6 pages double sided = 12; the layering doesn't show on the scan of the inside pages but it is there What advice would you give someone starting this project? Go with the heart ...

joyfulmaker asked:
Wonderful job. The layered idea is a great idea for a graduation card. Congratulations to your daughter.
vonsneeze answered:
Thanks ... I kinda left it till the last minute so was limited in what I could do ... I dont plan ahead much, just go with my heart ... so if I had more time I would probably have had more embellishments etc on it ...
