All Our Yesterday's 6.5x6.5 Mini Album

Project Description

What inspired your paper craft project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo 6..5x6.5 mini albums Link to website or photo http://ohmyscraps2u.blogspot.com/2011/05/all-our-yesterdays-65x65-mini-album.html What are you most proud of? Making the a-door-able into a holder for thier packaged locks from when they were a baby. They come white, I colored the front and back with an open stamp pad instead of using daubers or other tools. Placed vellum on the back side so when you open the door, thier little package does not fall out. Also, being able to coordinate all these different papers and ink colors and make this project look nearly vintage. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take time to plan out what you want in steps. Start by putting those few special pictures in a seperate holder. Think about style of look and where you may want to palce your Mini Album, or who you may be giving it to. Then look for papers that go along with the theme you may want. I usually have 3 to 4 cases that hold my "To Be Worked" on projects. It may take me a few days to put together what I am looking for or I have had some take me a few months until I found all the right accessories for that particular project. There are certain photos that require a little more attention and detail than just slapping them on a page just to get them put in something. I take my time and do not rush this process for something dear to my heart. It's more enjoyable and satisfying once you have the pieces of the puzzle put together. And, believe me, they do come together...you just know what fits when you see it,
