In years past, I made these out of Christmas cards, paper plates, and copies of my flowers. Recently , I discovered the awesome choices of using scrapbooking papers. I am helplessly hooked. I usually use two complimentary colors of ribbon and assorted embellishment to get the opulent effect.I also show how to make an angel ornament.
