DIY Rustic Centerpieces

What are you most proud of? This was a major budget helper and still looked so lovely! By asking friends and family to save their jars in the months before my wedding and then buying the flowers and having a friend fill vases, I was able to have 10 beautiful centerpiece tables for about $300 (flowers included). People kept commenting how dainty and pretty it all looked. For the white bud vases, I wanted milkglas however my budgetary constraints didn't allow it. So, I collected small bud vases from my local thrift store (doesn't matter what color they are) and used puffy paint to add dots and patterns to them. Afterward, my husband spray painted them all white to give the milkglass look. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Get some girlfriends together and bust these beauties out over some wine and episodes of Bridezillas.
