Chair rescued from a pub skip

What are you most proud of? This chair cost nothing except the materials to do it up (around 10). On removing the original scruffy fabric upholstery, I was thrilled to discover the gorgeous Mackintosh-style open detail to the back. I think the addition of a silk tassel to the back enhances this. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't be too proud to raid skips/dumpsters - people throw the most beautiful things away; so much better to upcycle than to sent to landfill and you could end up with a gorgeous bespoke piece!
