Pattern Details

Weaving cloth that I can turn into a garment is such a joy. The yarn I chose for this project weaves beautifully and creates interesting texture and color play in the fabric. This top is flattering and easy to wear. It drapes on your body and the one size fits most. This Phoenix yarn has subtle tonal color changes as well as textural changes in the yarn structure. Areas of the yarn are smooth and slightly thinner changing into a thicker, bumpy structure that creates wonderful variety in the woven cloth.

Recommended with this pattern

  • Rigid heddle loom with at least 24" weaving width, 8 dent reed, shuttle, 1,700 yards (17 balls) Trendsetter Phoenix yarn (65% viscose, 35% cotton, 50 gr = 100 yds)
