This is the basic tutorial of how to make cocoon beads. Cocoon beads design is so special to me that I consider it as my signature design. Now it's time for me to share the secret. DIGITAL DOWNLOAD TUTORIAL. The name Cocoon Bead was chosen for the obvious reason of the design that resembles a cocoon. Use the cocoon beads as dangling charms, beads, buttons, anything you can think of to adorn your handmade creations. This design opens to a lot of possibilities. If you're familiar with my previous tutorials, this tutorial also holds the same standard by featuring clear photographs and diagrams to explain the steps. TOOLS: - Chain/flat nose pliers - Round nose pliers - Wire cutters - Ruler - Ball peen/Chasing hammer - Permanent marker - Butane Torch (optional) - the one for creme brulee works just fine.
