I love this bag! Now to decide what colors to choose!
Lavender Hill Knits answered:
I know! That's the best part! I'm trying to decide what colors to use to make up a sample of the medium size bag - blues, pinks or oranges
leighlellen asked:
I love this bag, can't wait to get started!! You did not happen to name it after Portland Tennessee did you? That is my home town!!! My mother taught me the basics of knitting-she was from Gallatin. My sister still lives there and the Gossett house is where my father grew up. Yes I am a Gossett.I love Texas but I love and miss Tennessee every day....
Lavender Hill Knits answered:
Loved your comment! Actually, it was named for Portland, Maine. I loved there for 10 years before moving to Tennessee. We just spent all day yesterday in Gallatin for a baseball tournament and are going back next weekend! On the drive over I noticed there is a Portland, Tennessee:) We really enjoy Tennessee, the weather here sure beats Maine!
