My Maren Sweater

What are you most proud of? I actually did a successful "steek"!!! Like most new to the technique I was scared it would all unravel in the first washing, but seeing how we lock-in those stitches with the crochet method.....well, it all made perfectly good sense. Knitting along step-by-step with Ragga gave me a sense of accomplishment and I have to say I'm very proud of my sweater. Looking forward to those rainy days in the springtime here in Norway! :) What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the video several times while you make your swatches. It is a great inspriration and will give you the confidence you will need to complete your sweater. Just watch, relax, and have fun knitting and crocheting your new little gem! :) Happy Crafting!!!!

Myriah Ann answered:
Thank you DDSashaSue
Sharon Krebs asked:
I would love to know how you did the sleeves. So pretty. Did you just knit them straight down or increase stitches?
Myriah Ann answered:
Thank you Sharon for your nice comment! :) I followed the pattern as written, but stopped short so I had a 3/4's sleeve and border. Making a split so I could add the buttons. I wish you much luck with yours.
