Mastering Lace Shawls - Skywalker

Project Description

What are you most proud of? I'm most proud of winning the Best in Show at our local county fair! The shawl won 1st place blue ribbon in its category. A green rosette ribbon - Special Award for Knit Garment. A purple rosette ribbon - Show Champion for Best of Knitted Article. A Best in Show trophy with my name added to the previous Best of Show winners which will be displayed at the Elko County Fairgrounds Exhibit Hall. Last but not least a plaque representing Best of Show - Crocheting, Knitting and Yarn. What advice would you give someone starting this project? The class taught by Laura Nelkin was excellent. She explained all of the techniques so a beginner to advanced person would understand. My advice would be to take the class one step at a time and in no time you will be a master.
