Lisa Frank: Jedi Master

What are you most proud of? I'm very proud that this outrageous yarn choice doesn't completely overwhelm the lace pattern. I just really wanted to use this seizure-inducing yarn. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't do what I did. Use a solid or semi-solid yarn or something with very little variegation in the same color family. Your shawl will look much more respectable than mine.

Q&A with MissAnthropy

Knit2Chill asked:
What IS this yarn?? It's gorgeous!!
MissAnthropy answered:
It was a hand dyed alpaca lace weight I got online. The colorway was called Mardi Gras. The website isn't working, but this is their facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Mountain-Top-Alpacas/267285756660652
