Lace Leaves

Project Description

What was your source for this knitting project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo HeartStrings #H02 Playing in the Leaves Link to website or photo www.heartstringsfiberarts.com/h02.shtm What are you most proud of? I love the Maple Leaf, although I am also proud of the other 2 leaf designs: Aspen Leaf and Oak Leaf. What advice would you give someone starting this project? The Aspen Leaf is the easiest of the designs and the Maple Leaf is the most involved, with the Oak Leaf obviously being somewhere in the middle. Working a leaf for the first time will take more time and attention. But once you see how it takes shape, you'll be able to fly through knitting more of them. It's quite addictive!

What you will need

  • Planet Earth Fibers by Tilli Tomas - 100% Silk with Beads or Sequins (or your choice of lace weight or light fingering weight yarn/thread)
  • US 2 / 2.75 mm / UK 12

Q&A with JackieES

Judy Vallas asked:
Broken link to the website. Beautiful work!
JackieES answered:
Thank you. Link is fixed now (Craftsy didn't like me adding the http:// myself, so I had to enter the link name without that and it is working now). Enjoy!
Lesley Crane asked:
can you please send me a cope of your pattern please
JackieES answered:
This is a for-purchase pattern. It is available in the Craftsy shop as well as other places that sell HeartStrings knitting patterns.
