Evelyn Tilt Hat

Project Description

What was your source for this knitting project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Evelyn – Vintage Tilt Hat Link to website or photo www.pieknits.com/blog/2011/07/new_pattern_evelyn.html What are you most proud of? The overall shape, and versatility in the finished blocked form. It's a very fun hat to wear too! What advice would you give someone starting this project? I always recomend getting an inexpensive Styrafoam head "wig stand" (available at beauty supply stores) for blocking hats on. The key to a beautiful finish is in the blocking and shaping. Taking a look at my tutorial for this helps too! ;) http://www.pieknits.com/blog/2011/10/tutorial-blocking-a-feltedfulled-hat.html
