Q&A with Muminred

duridaze asked:
if we don't have access to the "world's best yarn store" where can one find this pattern? please advise.
Muminred answered:
You can definitely find an entrelac scarf pattern on Ravelry.com - I believe that's where this one came from!
difair asked:
I can see why you would keep this one for yourself! It is gorgeous!
Muminred answered:
Thank you - it's a combination of my favorite jewel tone colors. I love Noro yarns - have many pair of socks made out of it, a couple of sweater too :)
MomGrandma asked:
Slow and steady wins...and you did. Your green to purple scarf is my fav...I'm partial to the cool color range.
Muminred answered:
Thank you. I'm partial to those colors as well. It is such fun to work an entrelac scarf. My only quandry is whether or not to block it or leave it the way it is. What to do, what to do :)
MomGrandma asked:
The great thing is it's up to you.
Muminred answered:
A very good point and a decision I shall make soonly. Now, to block the scarves that are for gifts, or not to block.
mabarker asked:
I haven't tried this stitch before. Looks great but also looks challenging
Muminred answered:
It is quite simple, once you get used to it. Search on youtube to see how it's done. Once you get comfortable with it, I do suggest watching videos on "knitting backwards" so you don't have to continually flip your work back and forth. Please, give it a try. You'll become addicted to it :)
