Easy Peasey Sleep Mask

What was your source for this knitting project? Other Tell us more about what inspired you. I have a lot of insomniac friends and I thought I would whip up a sleeping mask quick to help them sleep. I can make one in 30 minutes or so and so today I made one on demand! What are you most proud of? The speed of making the mask and the small amount of material used. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Pattern: Part 1- the first tie- Chain 2, turn. sc in 2nd chain, chain 1 turn. Repeat the 1 sc rows until there are 50 rows or 12 inches. Part 2-the mask- in 50th row, sc 3 sc. chain 1 and turn. 2 sc in each of the 3 sc, chain 1, turn. Increase in the first and last stitch of the next 2 rows until you have a row of 10 sc. Sc in each sc from the previous row for 25 rows. Decrease in first 2 and last 2 stitches for next 2 rows. Decrease as needed until back to one sc in a row, Part 3- the last tie- repeat the steps of Part 1 (after the chain 2) until there are 50 more rows or another 12 inches. Finish off and weave in ends. Happy crocheting! :)
