Childrens Knitted Bug Slippers

What was your source for this knitting project? Online Photo or Website Name of website or photo Knitted Bug Slippers by Trailbugz Link to website or photo www.thistle-cottage.blogspot.com/ What are you most proud of? The look on my grandchildren's faces, when they wear these at Grandma's house. When my Grandchildren spend the night, they love to wear these cute and fuzzy slippers; sometimes even wearing them to bed! The bottom is non-slip and slightly water proof (this also prevents excess wear on the yarn sole). Placing elastic around the ankle, ensures they will not fall off of little feet. What advice would you give someone starting this project? This pattern can easily be adjusted for a smaller or larger foot, by reducing rows or knitting extra rows; or by changing the size of the knitting needles. These knit up in just a few hours. Use your imagination for color combinations, antannae and maybe little legs would also be cute.
