Nice job on getting it done. I purchase the course but have yet to actually make the sweater. I am still trying to use a yarn winder to convert my hanks into cakes of yarn.
It took me a long time to get started on it, too. But once I did it went pretty fast. Hope you are knitting soon!
Your sweater is very beautiful on you. Congratulations on a fine job!
Thank you! :-)
Wow this looks just perfect on you! I just started the course and am nervous and very excited to make this (first sweater)!! Selecting my yarn...How did you like the yarn? Did you blovk it?Have you put it in washer/ dryer, and if so how is it looking? Thanks:)
Thank you! The yarn is very soft and has just a bit of shine. Really pleasant to wear. Not at all scratchy. I blocked it and have hand washed it a couple of times. I'm not brave enough to throw it in the washer. The only negative is that mine, from the beginning had a tendency to pill. But I use a disposable razor to shave the pills and it works well. I hope you enjoy the class. Try the sweater on as you go and adjust the increases/decreases as needed for your fit.
