What was your source for this knitting project? The pattern is very easy to memorize and the shawl works up fast, especially if you're using a relatively heavy-weight yarn like Duke. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Since it's worked to size, gauge isn't all that important and you can easily substitute other yarns. Some of my testers did this in fingering weight yarn which looked lovely. If you're comfortable with lace, dive right in butas with most laceif you need to rip back, use a lifeline!
