Project

Alex scarf

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Learn to read your stitches without looking at the pattern all the time. It has a sort of logical rhythm too it. Check out my blog at www.extremeknittingredhead,blogspot.co.uk for updates on my progress. I'm not happy with the difference in the cast-on edge (rounded) and the cast-off edge (pointy) so I'm thinking about either crochet or dangly bits to finish it off.

Q&A with susiehewe1104167

Nancy Marchant asked:
Love the bread and indeed it does reflect the knitting. Thanks for sharing (and beautiful bread baking if you made it yourself!) And, of course, your scarf is scrumptious as well.
susiehewe1104167 answered:
Thanks Nancy and yes, I do make all my own bread. Must make some brioche soon.......
